By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

The App and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Barbicide or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our prior written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BARBICIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BARBICIDE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF BARBICIDE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Barbicide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your breach of these Terms of Service.

Barbicide reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
